Humanities/Geography Teacher

Teaching Tomorrow is working with a welcoming, OFSTED-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Biggleswade, who are looking to appoint a passionate and experienced Humanities/Geography teacher to join their team in the new academic year. This is a permanent position starting in September 2026 and is ideal for someone who nurtures and develops our students' geographical knowledge.The role:Delivering high-quality Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4Encouraging critical thinking and discussion in the classroomManaging behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning atmosphereAssess and evaluate student performance through regular testing and feedback.Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and respect.Uphold school policies and contribute to a positive school cultureThe ideal candidate will:Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualificationHave experience teaching one or more Humanities subjectsBe flexible, reliable, and confident in new classroom settingsDemonstrate strong classroom management skillsTeaching Tomorrow is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
