Overview
As an IT Rollout Technician in Berlin, you'll implement rollout projects for clients, printers, peripherals, and network equipment. Your responsibilities include installing, configuring, and commissioning hardware and software on-site, exchanging, upgrading, and migrating existing IT systems according to specifications, conducting functional tests and quality assurance in the rollout process, providing on-site user support including instruction and troubleshooting, and maintaining rollout lists, serial number tracking, and performance documentation. The position requires completed IT training or degree, first practical experience in IT rollout, field service, or technical support, a valid Class B driver's license, and willingness to undergo security checks. ## Aufgaben
- Umsetzung von Rollout-Projekten für Clients, Drucker, Peripherie und Netzwerkequipment
- Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Software vor Ort
- Austausch, Upgrade sowie Migration bestehender IT-Systeme nach Vorgaben
- Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen und Qualitätssicherung im Rollout-Prozess
- Anwenderunterstützung on site inkl. Einweisung, Störungsbehebung und IMAC/R-Leistungen
- Pflege von Rollout-Listen, Seriennummern-Nachverfolgung und Leistungsdokumentation
## Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld
- Erste Praxiserfahrung im IT-Rollout, Field Service oder technischen Support
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
- Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung
