Overview
As a Cost Controller, you'll monitor, analyze, and control costs to maximize profitability at our luxury resort. Key responsibilities include conducting monthly stock takes, analyzing inventory discrepancies, managing costing exercises for food & beverage offerings, preparing financial reports, tracking budget performance, and ensuring accurate P&L reporting. You'll partner with operational teams to improve financial efficiency and support audits and compliance. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Birchstreet software is preferred.
