Location: Fabletics Headquarters | El Segundo, CASchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (rare evenings/weekends)

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager / Chef Manager to lead our food program at the Fabletics campus in El Segundo. This is a unique hybrid leadership role for a hands-on culinary professional who also excels in business operations and client engagement.
As the site leader, you’ll have full ownership of the operation—bringing together your passion for food, leadership, and service to create an outstanding guest experience.
About the Operation
- Corporate café serving breakfast and lunch
- Catering program supporting meetings and events
- Small coffee bar connected to the café
- Peak business Tuesday–Thursday, with lighter volume Monday & Friday

In this high-impact role, you will:
- Serve as the #1 leader on site, managing all aspects of the operation
- Build and maintain a strong client relationship with Fabletics stakeholders
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Lead, develop, and support a team of 4 hourly employees
- Drive the catering program, including production, logistics, and execution
- Create and execute innovative, fresh menus
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
- Balance priorities in a dynamic environment (70% management / 30% culinary)
