This position assists in processing prescription refill authorization requests and prior authorizations using established workflows and protocols. The Senior Pharmacy Technician maintains high patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and serving as the liaison between patients, physicians and pharmacies. Requires Board recognized Pharmacy Technician Program completion, Washington Pharmacy Technician License, and 5 years of pharmacy technician experience.
