Now hiring: Full & part-time
Housekeeper
The Heritage Club - Mason, Ohio
Tired of flipping 15 rooms before noon?
If you've got hotel housekeeping experience, you already have the skills we're looking for. What we offer is something different — a single beautiful property, a consistent daily routine, no checkout rushes, no room quotas, and evenings that are actually yours. Come see what housekeeping feels like when the pace works for you.
At The Heritage Club, the member experience starts long before anyone steps onto the course. It begins with the spaces we create — clean, polished, and welcoming from the moment the doors open. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented housekeepers who take pride in that kind of work.
Why you'll love it here. Beautiful club setting — clubhouse, patio, golf course & pool. No late nights — keep your evenings free. Full & part-time scheduling flexibility. No room quotas or checkout-rush pressure. Supportive team culture with clear expectations. New leadership invested in elevating the team. Active, hands-on role — no desk required. Professional, consistent environment
What you'll do:
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the clubhouse, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and pool and golf course facilities.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish surfaces throughout the property.
- Restock supplies — towels, toiletries, and amenities.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
- Promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
What we're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in your work.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout a shift.
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
- Reliability and professionalism in a member-facing setting.
- Hotel or commercial housekeeping experience is a big plus — previous experience not required, we'll train the right person.
Compensation & benefits: Starting at $15/hr+ (based on experience), Employee meals, Pro shop discount, Christmas bonus
This isn't your average cleaning job. It's a role where your work is visible, valued, and part of something a little more elevated.
Apply today — we'd love to meet you.
