This person will be an important team member of the Engineering and Technology group and will be adding to the design, analysis, development & testing of new product ideas, commencing in solutions that accomplish customer requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform lab testing of products to study plan parameters established by engineers.
- Obtain/sustain accurate test data through abidance to lab testing methods. Aid with lab test documentation and reports.
- Aid in engineering design analyses of new ideas, as well as enhance existing product for quality and performance capabilities.
- Will recommend modifications to designs to further quality and reliability of products.
- Assist with technical issues, customer installation, returned material analyses.
- Help with the development of, maintenance of, and abidance to product development guidelines.
- Maintain test lab calibration program to established standards and beyond.
- Ensure safe working conditions and good housekeeping are sustained while meeting quality and cost specifications.
This candidate should possess an associates degree in engineering or at least two years of experience working in an engineering testing lab for mechanical products.
