Description
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to support production goals.
- Perform equipment changeovers, adjustments, and basic maintenance activities.
- Inspect products to ensure quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
- Complete production, quality, and equipment documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following good manufacturing practices and sanitation requirements.
- Use computer systems to record production information and support daily operations.
- Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and production documentation experience.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, detail, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
