AI Creative Designer

Prime Prometics is the fastest-growing pro-age cosmetics brand in the world, and we’re looking for an AI Creative Designer to join our team. Creative is the engine of our growth - we run high-volume, insight-driven creative testing across paid channels, and we're building the team that keeps that engine running.

The Role

A performance-driven design role built around independent production. A Senior Creative Strategist sets the strategy and direction - from there, you work independently: researching what wins, deciding what to make, writing the short copy, and producing image and GIF ads at scale. This is a role for a designer or editor with sharp creative insight - or the drive to develop it - whose work is measured by ad performance, not only visual quality.

What you'll do

• Research competitor ads to identify winning static and short-format video (GIF) approaches - and produce your own versions.
• Follow internal performance reports and produce the iterations they call for.
• Generate short ad copy with AI - hooks, headlines, text overlays - and refine it with your own judgement.
• Produce and finalize assets end-to-end with an AI-first workflow.
• Significantly scale our image and GIF output - volume and speed are core to the role, without letting quality slip.
• Work in close collaboration with your pod lead (a Senior Creative Strategist), who sets monthly direction and priorities.

What we expect

• 2+ years in graphic design, ad creative production, or editing (in-house, agency, or freelance)
• Strong AI image prompting skills and hands-on fluency with AI image tools - generation, editing, upscaling - plus curiosity to keep testing new ones
• At least basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut and/or Premiere Pro.
• An eye for direct-response creative - visuals and copy: what makes an ad stop the scroll and convert.
• Independent and fast - able to go from insight to finished asset without waiting for a detailed brief.
• Organized and consistent: clean naming, correct specs, reliable delivery.

Nice to have

• Video editing skills.
• Familiarity with Meta ad formats and placements.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or other DTC verticals.

What success looks like

• Steady image and GIF output.
• A growing share of your ads entering testing and earning spend.
• Iterations shipped fast in response to performance reports.
• Competitor research that turns into original ads fast.

SALARY: 2,600 - 3,600 gross/month (salary range in Lithuania). Considering your experience and skills.
