Job Description Summary

The Customer Repair Order Specialist is responsible for entering quotes, processing and verifying standard and special sales orders, and resolving all related problems of different sales regions: Asia and India, Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Screen and prioritize incoming requests, received via fax or email.
  • Enter Quotes/Orders into Oracle/SAP based Parts ERP System.
  • Purchase Order Verify (POV) existing orders.
  • Send out initial customer quote and order acknowledgements.
  • Support global team entry activities and metrics.
  • Support both external and internal customers.
  • Support new system releases and enhancement testing (i.e. Oracle/SAP PMx ERP).
  • Follow EHS rules and encourage coworkers to comply, execute mandatory EHS training and immediately report the incidents and near misses as required.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.

Desired Characteristics & Experience:

  • Ability to influence onsite stakeholders and go to GENBA in the repair station.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Relevant experience in customer service is an advantage, experience in a multinational company is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Fluent communication level of spoken and written English.
