In this role, you'll lead the mechanical engineering effort on building projects, mentor engineers and designers, coordinate HVAC and plumbing designs with multidisciplinary teams, support clients throughout the project lifecycle, and help maintain the highest engineering standards.

We're looking for:
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 8+ years of mechanical/plumbing building design experience
• Experience with HVAC and plumbing system design
• Proficiency with Revit, Trane Trace, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and project leadership skills
