Kessler Institute for RehabilitationPosition: Therapy Coordinator Location: 1199 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJSchedule: Per Diem 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Minimum of 2 shifts per month: weekend and weekday needs)
Compensation: $22 per Hour

Responsibilities
The Therapy Coordinator performs various administrative duties to support the daily operations of the Rehabilitation Services Department.
- Position requires initiative, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Coordinates patient scheduling, assists with staffing, audits, and related activities.
- Promotes enhanced operations through strong communication and computer skills.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required
Proficiency in office skills, including typing and computer skills, and the use of office equipment is required.
Minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting required
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous experience within a therapy department and/or rehabilitation setting preferred.
