Part-Time Student to Indirect Purchasing Team

What will your responsibilities be?
- Creation of Purchase Orders / Purchase Requests
- Supporting benchmark activities
- Update vendor master (contact data, supplier extension etc.)
- Support on AP related issues
- Administrative activity in diverse projects up on demand (run reports, collect data..)
- Upload prices into SAP
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- University Student
- English Language level B2
- Good MS- Excel, -Word, -PowerPoint knowledge
- Ability to work in team, Detail oriented skills
- Pro-active approach, Responsible and quick learning person
- Ability to work minimum 20 hours a week for longer period (next coming year)
