Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Shows capacity to assemble, set up, and disassemble production line equipment
- Has knowledge of production equipment and operation
- Maintains production equipment before, during, and after operation
- Continuously monitors operation of equipment and quality of the product
- Complies with company safety, quality, SOP, HACCP and GMP guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Available to work a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 4:30pm-2:30am, overtime as required
- Mechanical and/or machine operator experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to repetitively lift 50 pounds
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools
- Computer skills such as file management & data entry
- Demonstrates a high level of precision, accuracy and alertness
- Good decision making skills
- Ability to use a pallet jack and/or dolly
