Description
Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is looking for IT Planning Professional to join our Information System Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.
The IT Planning Professional is a member of the Infra Innovation and IT Management Section that is responsible in overseeing IT governance, compliance, and operational coordination by aligning local IT initiatives with regional and global requirements while managing policies, audits, budgets, procurement, resources, assets, and key cross-functional IT activities.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping IT governance, compliance, and strategic coordination framework. You are expected to be a domain expert in planning, reporting, data consolidation, and project or task tracking.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Toyota Motor Philippines, Asia Pacific IT, and Japan Headquarter to ensure alignment with regional and global IT standards, requirements, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and consolidate IT requirements, reports, compliance submissions, and planning outputs for local, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Facilitate IT audit activities by preparing documentation, monitoring audit findings, and coordinating the closure of action items.
- Support IT strategic planning and project portfolio management through project pipeline monitoring, requirements consolidation, and progress tracking.
- Manage IT administrative functions, including OPEX budget monitoring, procurement coordination from purchase request to payment, and vendor-related activities.
- Oversee IT asset and inventory lifecycle management to ensure accurate tracking, utilization, and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of IT plans, reports, governance documents, and compliance deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT operational initiatives, governance activities, and continuous process improvements.
Our perfect match:
- Graduate of BS Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science
- At least 1–2 years of experience in IT, preferably in governance, planning, or coordination-related roles
- Exposure to IT documentation, reporting, or compliance activities is an advantage
- Familiarity with IT processes such as reporting, monitoring, or basic audit support
- Experience in IT budget management and procurement processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint) for coordination and reporting
- Basic knowledge of project or task tracking
- Understanding of IT governance and compliance processes
Advantages:

- Familiar with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
