As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The role demands a thoughtful approach to designing efficient workflows and ensuring that business objectives are effectively supported by technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist in validating solutions to ensure they meet business needs and objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions to gather insights.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
