Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
- Configure and assemble products according to customer and operational requirements.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy, completeness, and product integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and fulfillment goals.
- Utilize fulfillment tools and systems to support order processing and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve fulfillment issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following company safety standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or related operational role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with multiple systems and software applications simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support evolving business needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to frequently lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.
