What You'll Do
- Greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and provide a professional dealership experience.
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles based on customer preferences and budget.
- Guide customers through the automotive sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase steps.
- Follow up with internet leads, appointments, previous customers, and prospective buyers to drive sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Honda models, features, incentives, and dealership inventory.
- Build lasting customer relationships through product expertise, and consistent follow-up.
- Have accountability in a high-volume automotive sales environment.
- Partner with Sales Managers, Finance, and dealership teams to ensure a smooth purchase and delivery experience.
What You'll Bring
- Previous automotive sales, dealership sales, or high-volume retail sales experience.
- Strong customer engagement and needs assessment
- Experience working internet leads, CRM follow-up, appointments, and customer retention opportunities.
- Confidence presenting vehicles, conducting walkarounds, supporting test drives, and guiding customers through the sales process.
- Goal-driven mindset with a strong focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Team player with strong product knowledge on technology, incentives, and dealership processes.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
