Software Architect

Responsibilities:  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn roadmap vision into deliverables;
• Design and deliver customer-facing features;
• Implement cloud-based automation and deployment strategies;
• Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support; analyze and optimize program performance;
• Create technical design documents, API documentation and best practices;
• Review code and designs to ensure alignment with architecture and quality standards; and
• Lead and mentor junior engineers.
• Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel.

What we're looking for:

The position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must have 3 years of experience with the following:

• 3 years of experience in software architecture patterns and principles;
• 3 years of experience with multiple Java based web languages and frameworks;
• 3 years of experience with Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• 3 years of experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture;
• 3 years of experience with API design and integration patterns;
• 3 years of experience with security principles and best practices;
• 3 years of experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices;
• 3 years of experience leading technical teams and stakeholder management;
• 3 years of experience with business requirements into technical solutions; and
• 3 years of experience with EHR and healthcare technologies.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$221,374.00

Maximum:

$228,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
