Job Description Summary:
Manage the Group Talent and Rewards portfolio roadmap and PMO governance across Talent, Performance, Rewards, Leadership Development, AI Academy, and Culture initiatives. Coordinate cross-Operating Company execution, monitor milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and provide executive-level reporting to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
Job Description:
Manage the Talent and Rewards Portfolio Roadmap, ensuring alignment of Talent, Performance, Reward, Leadership Development, AI Academy, and Culture initiatives across all Operating Companies.
Coordinate and orchestrate cross-OpCo HR projects, facilitating collaboration, alignment, and sharing of best practices to maximize enterprise-wide impact.
Drive end-to-end program governance and execution for group level initiatives, monitoring milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting, providing ExCo and senior leadership with clear visibility on HR projects progress, risks, outcomes, and key talent metrics.
Lead benefits realization and value tracking, ensuring talent and transformation initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes and return on investment.
Manage stakeholder engagement and change management activities, driving adoption, communication, and alignment across HR and business leadership teams.
Continuously improve PMO processes, governance frameworks, and operating rhythms, enhancing execution discipline, organizational effectiveness, and scalability across the Group.
