Description
The City of Lancaster is looking for a creative, energetic, and versatile Multimedia professional to help tell Lancaster’s story.
This position brings City programs, events, services, and everyday moments to life through social media, photography, videography, graphic design, digital content, websites, newsletters, print materials, and more.
The ideal candidate is someone who notices the perfect photo opportunity, can turn a City program into content people actually want to read or watch, and enjoys finding creative ways to connect with the community.
You’ll work with departments across the organization to transform information and ideas into engaging, professional content. Some days you may be designing a campaign or editing a video. Other days you could be photographing a community event, creating a Reel, updating the City’s website, developing a flyer, or preparing materials for a City Council Town Hall.

We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas while maintaining the professionalism and quality expected when representing the City. This position also plays an important role in helping showcase the City of Lancaster’s PRIDE values through the stories we share, the way we engage with our community, and the quality of the work we produce.
