About Our Family

We're an active, fast-moving family of five based in Denver's Washington Park neighborhood, with a second home in Vail. Our household includes two school-age children with full, sport-heavy schedules and a baby under one year old. Our weekends are often in full swing with hockey, lacrosse, ski programming, and travel tournaments from fall through spring, which makes this time of year our highest-demand season.

We work hard and play hard, and we take genuine pride in our home and how it runs. We believe in modeling care, ownership, and gratitude to our kids, and we're looking for someone who shares those values. We have wonderful long-term weekday support in place, and we're looking to add a thoughtful, capable person who can own the weekend and a flex weekday, making sure our home and family are set up for success.

Our household already includes a long-tenured nanny who handles weekday childcare and household tasks, a weekly cleaning team, and a chef who provides several dinners each week. The right person coming into this role will have a clearly defined lane and the autonomy to own it. We value a long-term relationship. If the fit is right, there's genuine opportunity for this role to grow over time.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You're the kind of person who walks into a space and immediately sees what needs to be done and does it, without being asked. You take real ownership of your work, you're calm under pressure, and you take pride in a household that runs smoothly. You bring a client-service mindset to everything you do: consistently prioritizing our families needs by listening with empathy, taking ownership of problems, and proactively delivering solutions to create a positive experience. You are also the kind of person who does not shy away from a busy weekend. You see it not as a burden, but as an opportunity to show up and add value.

You're experienced, not new to this kind of work. You've cared for infants and toddlers, you know your way around a well-run household, and your laundry and garment care skills are genuinely strong. You're punctual, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator. You're comfortable shifting gears mid-day from baby care to household management and back again without missing a beat.

You model thoughtful behavior for the children you're around, including a healthy relationship with technology and a genuine positive attitude toward learning and education. You're adaptable, flexible, and genuinely enjoy what you do.
