Rabalais Constructors is seeking a P6 Scheduler in the Corpus Christi, Texas.

 

A P6 Scheduler is responsible for creating and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 software, often in collaboration with project managers and other team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

P6 is a project management software widely used in construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects to plan, schedule, and control complex projects. A P6 schedule is a detailed timeline that defines activities, durations, dependencies, and resource assignments, allowing project managers to calculate the critical path, forecast completion dates, and monitor progress. It integrates tasks, milestones, and resources into a dynamic plan that can be updated in real time.

 

• Supports reporting and dashboards for stakeholder communication by following these steps and best practices, construction teams can create clear, realistic, and optimized P6 schedules that improve project visibility, coordination, and on-time delivery.
• Handles large-scale, complex construction projects with thousands of activities and multiple teams.
• Provides dynamic scheduling with real-time updates and scenario analysis.
• Integrates resources, costs, and timelines for comprehensive project control.
