Some of your accountabilities will include:
Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team by creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement.
Translate the SAS Laboratory strategy into team priorities, building capability and positioning the team to meet future business needs.
Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders by understanding operational requirements and delivering practical and effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers, ensuring service excellence and long-term engagement.
Manage contracts, budgets, procurement activities and service agreements while maintaining compliance with quality, financial and regulatory requirements.
Drive innovation, process improvement and business transformation initiatives that enhance service delivery, quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy and compliance with laboratory information and quality management systems and accreditation requirements.
