Mid-Level Program Analyst (Aviation)

About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Mid-level Program Analyst to support complex acquisition and financial assistance initiatives through planning, assessment, and program improvement activities.

 

This is a talent pipeline position for future opportunities.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

• Develop project plans and implementation strategies.
• Analyze operational and compliance issues.
• Develop recommendations for organizational improvements.
• Monitor program performance and outcomes.
• Support policy development and implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with federal government.
• Strong Excel skills.
