Job Overview Summary
The Senior Advisor, Advocacy & Awareness supports the Global Security organization by developing, coordinating, and delivering strategic communications that enhance awareness, stakeholder engagement, and organizational alignment. This role is responsible for creating clear, compelling, and consistent messaging for internal and external audiences across Global Security, including Product Integrity, Investigations, and regional security teams throughout JCAP, LATAM, North America, and EMEA.
The ideal candidate is an experienced communications professional with exceptional writing, editing, and stakeholder engagement skills who can effectively translate complex security-related initiatives into meaningful, audience-focused communications. This individual will work collaboratively across a global, matrixed environment to support advocacy and awareness programs, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure messaging consistency throughout the organization.
What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):
Strategic Communications & Content Development
- Develop written, verbal, and visual communications that promote understanding of Global Security's mission, priorities, initiatives, and accomplishments.
- Create and maintain compelling content for a variety of channels, including presentations, newsletters, intranet communications, executive talking points, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Tailor communications to diverse internal and external audiences and maintain audience-specific messaging frameworks.
Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support stakeholder mapping, audience identification, and engagement initiatives that advance organizational advocacy and awareness objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand awareness and engagement through industry associations, professional organizations, forums, and external networks.
- Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across global operations.
Communications Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute communication plans that equip team members with the information, tools, and resources needed to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Standardize communication materials and formats to improve consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Draft and coordinate quarterly and annual reports related to Global Security and Product Integrity initiatives.
- Support organizational change initiatives through communication strategies that improve awareness, understanding, and adoption.
Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day communications support to the Global Security Advocacy & Awareness Strategic Lead and other communication partners.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
- Operate effectively in a collaborative, global, and highly regulated environment.

What we Like about you:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, public relations, or a related communications discipline.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional business writing and presentation development.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing communication strategies and campaigns.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and content management skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management capabilities.
- High degree of digital proficiency, including experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in both independent and team-based environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures, functions, and leadership levels.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated ethics, integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Experience working within a highly regulated industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with web design, digital communications, or content production.
- Understanding of change management principles and communication practices.
- Knowledge of anti-counterfeit, brand protection, or product integrity programs.
- Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or other business-relevant languages.
- Experience supporting global organizations with geographically dispersed teams.

Pay Transparency Statement
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
