This is a hands-on role where you'll continue coaching while becoming a key leader within the studio and a trusted resource for both members and the coaching team.About the RoleThe Assistant Studio Manager / Trainer will support the day-to-day success of the Vienna studio while continuing to coach a regular schedule of small group, personal, and semi-private training sessions.You'll work closely with studio leadership to create an exceptional member experience, support the coaching team, and help keep the studio running smoothly.We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, personable, and ready to take ownership of their role.What You'll DoCoaching & Client ExperienceCoach small group, personal, and semi-private training sessionsSet the standard for coaching quality, energy, and client connectionBuild strong relationships with members and create an exceptional client experienceSupport new client onboarding, consultations, check-ins, and ongoing member engagementHelp identify opportunities to improve member retention and satisfactionStep in to cover coaching sessions when neededTeam Support & LeadershipServe as a resource and support system for the coaching teamHelp onboard and train new coachesProvide feedback and coaching to trainers when appropriateHelp ensure trainers are consistently following StarFit coaching standards and protocolsSupport schedule coverage and help address last-minute staffing needsLead by example in professionalism, punctuality, client care, and coachingStudio OperationsAssist with day-to-day studio operationsHelp maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studioMonitor equipment, inventory, and general studio needsRespond to client questions and concerns in a timely and professional mannerSupport studio promotions, communications, and community-building initiativesAssist management with ongoing projects and studio initiativesSales & GrowthConduct consultations and help prospective clients find the right fit for their goalsSupport lead follow-up and membership salesHelp create a strong sense of community that keeps members engagedIdentify opportunities to improve the overall member experience and support studio growthWhat We're Looking ForPassion for fitness, coaching, and helping women feel their bestStrong leadership and communication skillsEnergetic, positive, and personableReliable, organized, and solutions-orientedComfortable taking initiative and working independentlyStrong attention to detailAbility to motivate and support other coachesComfortable balancing coaching with operational responsibilitiesSomeone who wants to grow with a small but expanding fitness companyExperience & QualificationsCertified Personal Trainer (or equivalent education)2+ years of personal training and/or group fitness coaching experience preferredPrevious leadership or management experience is a plusCPR/AED certificationComfortable with scheduling tools, basic spreadsheets, and studio systemsExperience working with women 40+ is a plus, but not requiredSchedule & ExpectationsFull-time positionApproximately 40 hours per week, including coachingSchedule will include a combination of coaching, administrative, and studio support hoursFlexibility required, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekendsAbility to step in and cover coaching sessions as neededAbility to support the Vienna studio as the needs of the business evolveCompensation & Benefits$52,000 annual salaryBonus opportunities based on performanceComplimentary StarFit membershipPaid time off and company benefitsOpportunity for continued growth within a growing boutique fitness companySupportive, team-oriented environmentAbout StarFit StudioStarFit Studio is a private fitness studio built for women.
