Position Overview
Join a high-impact Supply Chain Finance team supporting Buy/Sell Procurement operations across the AMS region. This role partners closely with business leaders, ODM suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights, strengthen operational effectiveness, support cash flow performance, and advance automation and process improvement initiatives. The position offers meaningful exposure to global business operations, financial decision-making, and digital transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate month-end closing activities and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting within established deadlines.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, explain business performance, and provide insights that support informed decision-making.
• Partner with procurement teams, ODMs, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business operations, address issues, and improve financial outcomes.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances, follow up on collection activities, and help maintain healthy cash flow performance.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives by leveraging data analysis tools and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple regions, including support for AMS business operations and occasional meetings outside standard working hours.
• Contribute to internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation, supporting analysis requests, and maintaining effective internal controls.
• Investigate data variances, identify root causes, and coordinate appropriate solutions with relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with typically 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial analysis, accounting, audit, supply chain finance, business finance, or related financial functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, perform reconciliations, and interpret financial results.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, sound judgment, numerical awareness, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with SAP or other enterprise financial systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, low-code automation tools, or other digital reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting accounts receivable management, cash collection activities, or working capital initiatives.
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification.
• Experience supporting multinational or regional business operations within technology, manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement environments.
