Mehanty Management Associate (UAE Nationals ONLY)

Support Public Affairs Strategy: Assist UAE PAO in implementing external and internal communication plans that support Wealth Citigold business objectives, regulatory expectations, and provide the businesses with strategic and focused communications counsel for franchise wide business operating across onshore activities. The role will support preserving and enhancing the bank's image and reputation.

• Media Relations: Monitor media coverage, support media engagements for executives (spokespeople), and coordinate press releases and interview logistics in Arabic and English. The role will also support in planning and execution of a social media strategy for UAE Wealth Head, and key businesses representatives of the wealth business.

• External Communication: Assist Wealth senior leadership external engagements and speaking opportunities in the UAE. Coordinate Branding & Communication plan for corporate events, forums and sponsorships.

• Internal Communications: Support Executive internal communications for Wealth business (employee engagement, town halls, business messaging coordination). Contribute to develop internal newsletters, UAE hub intranet content, leadership messages, and employee engagement campaigns, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic priorities and culture. The public affairs manager will have a support role in all crisis communications and issues management.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Track public affairs metrics, news monitoring, and prepare reports enabling alignment with internal and external communication standards.

• CSR & Community Investment: Participate in the execution of corporate citizenship programs, sustainability initiatives, and volunteering activities that reflect the bank’s commitment to enabling progress in the UAE (i.e.: Global Community Day, Global Innovation Challenge, disaster relief, volunteering initiatives).

• Governance: Ensure full alignment with governance and risk & controls implementation requirements (Record management, MCA, Third Party management process, Wealth ESPA Budgets)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the UAE Head of Public Affairs in executing internal and external communication plans that advance Wealth Citigold business objectives and protect the bank's reputation.

• Coordinate external communication and media engagements for executives (spokespeople), including press releases and executive appearances/interviews in both Arabic and English, and monitor media coverage.

• Planning and execution of a social media strategy for UAE Wealth Head, and key businesses representatives of the wealth business. • Assist Wealth Citigold Senior Leadership with external speaking opportunities and coordinate branding materials for corporate events, forums, and sponsorships.

• Support internal communications by drafting newsletters, updating intranet content, and coordinating town halls and all other employee engagement initiatives.

• You will participate in the execution of community investment programs, sustainability initiatives, and volunteering activities across the UAE.

• Ensure full compliance with internal governance, risk management, and budget tracking procedures.
