Description
1. Workday Knowledge
- Experience supporting Core HCM and Absence Management in a post-production environment.
- Supported and troubleshooted existing absence plans for USA and Canada; did not create new plans from scratch.
- Reviewed and supported absence security as part of the production support team.
2. Ticketing System Experience
- Good working experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
- Comfortable managing BAU tickets and prioritizing issues based on business impact.
3. Troubleshooting Skills
- Demonstrated a clear, structured troubleshooting approach.
- Able to articulate step-by-step resolution logic effectively.
4. Professional Tone
- Demonstrated a calm and methodical approach to issue resolution.
5. Audit Experience
- Experience reviewing system setups and security from a support and validation standpoint.
- No direct ownership of formal audit cycles, but familiar with audit-related checks and data reviews.
6. Communication
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
