Position Summary
The Supply Clerk supports Supply Chain operations by ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, control, and traceability of aeronautical and non-aeronautical materials. Reporting to the Supply Chain team, this position contributes to inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, supporting both Maintenance and Flight Operations through effective material management and documentation control.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, issue, and control materials and equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory management activities to ensure stock integrity and availability.
- Ensure the proper handling, preservation, identification, and traceability of aeronautical and non-aeronautical materials.
- Maintain and organize supply chain records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable aviation regulations.
- Support Maintenance and Operations teams by ensuring timely access to materials and equipment required for operational readiness.
- Comply with all safety, quality, regulatory, and company standards in warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory control and supply chain efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- High school diploma required.
- Technical certification, degree, or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or material control processes.
- Basic knowledge of metrology principles and measurement practices.
- Aviation industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic English communication skills.
