Enterprise Job Description:
In addition to core report development responsibilities, this role supports enterprise reporting and analytics strategies by partnering across lines of business to deliver scalable reporting solutions, actionable business insights, and performance measurement capabilities. The associate leverages advanced analytical techniques, data management practices, and stakeholder collaboration to support strategic initiatives, ensure data quality, drive reporting standardization, and identify opportunities for process and operational improvements. Responsibilities may include project coordination, executive-level communications, ad hoc analysis, and support for enterprise-wide reporting governance and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and scorecards using business intelligence and visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience extracting, transforming, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable business insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting findings and recommendations to business partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of relational database structures, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports delivery and maintenance of innovative automated business intelligence solutions to support data-driven business decisions
  • Contributes to the delivery of complex technical projects, driving outcomes within one or more components of initiatives
  • Supports the design, development, and maintenance of automated data Extract, Transform, and Load processes from various database platforms, storing data in ‘Fit for Use’ relational tables
  • Provides technical solutions and learns new technology to fulfill the project needs, while keeping current on the latest solutions available in the industry
  • Contributes to the seamless integration and adoption of business intelligence solutions

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$82,500.00 - $127,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
