About the Function:
Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.
With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.

About the role:
The purpose of this role is to support the implementation, assurance and continuous improvement of global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards, governance frameworks and management systems for the LAC region. The role acts as a functional expert, translating global programmes, standards and improvement initiatives into practical execution across markets, manufacturing sites and office locations. The role leads Health & Safety improvement activities, supports environmental compliance requirements, and ensures EHS risks are effectively identified, managed and mitigated.
The role reports directly to the Global EHS Reporting, Analytics & Data Assurance Team lead.
Location: Mexico / LAC manufacturing site. Language: Spanish preferable.
Key Accountabilities (3-5)
• Support implementation and assurance of global EHS standards, policies, procedures and management systems across all locations.
• Lead implementation of Health & Safety improvement programmes and translate global roadmaps into site-level execution plans.
• Support identification, assessment and mitigation of EHS risks and lead/support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide specialist advice on Health & Safety requirements, environmental compliance obligations, permits and management systems.
• Support EHS capability building through training, coaching, awareness programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience / skills required:
• Significant experience in Health & Safety within manufacturing or similarly regulated industries.
• Experience supporting environmental compliance and environmental management systems.
• Professional Health & Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent).
• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Healt & Safety or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, environmental regulations, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience with audits, inspections, incident investigations and corrective action programmes.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
