Imagine a network that continuously monitors, optimizes, and upgrades itself—all without the need for human intervention. Our audacious journey began in 2018 when we brought together a team of industry veterans and visionaries in networking, cybersecurity, cloud software, and AI to disrupt a $100 billion enterprise networking market, starting with the wired and wireless LAN. Today, our Nile Access Service is redefining connectivity as a service for organizations worldwide, from cutting-edge technology companies to leading healthcare and financial institutions, and beyond.
Nile is on a mission to change how wired and wireless access networks are designed, deployed, and operated. Our Network-as-a-Service model makes enterprise networking simpler to consume and operate, with security built in.We are looking for a Senior Channel Manager to scale Nile’s US partner ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who can recruit and enable partners, create pipeline, and actively co-sell with partner representatives in front of customers. You will work across partner sales, Nile account executives, solution architects, marketing, and service delivery to help move opportunities from partner engagement through customer discovery, proposal, and close.
What You’ll Do
● Recruit, onboard, and activate strategic resellers, integrators, service providers, and ecosystem partners.
● Build trusted relationships with partner executives, account managers, sales leaders, and technical teams.
● Coach partner sellers and SAs on Nile’s value proposition, security-first messaging, qualification, sales plays, and available enablement.
● Join and help lead joint customer calls with partner reps, including discovery, executive conversations, and follow-up.
● Create joint account plans, identify opportunities, and develop partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
● Coordinate deal registration, opportunity progression, pricing and proposal support, forecasting, and sales interlocks with Nile account executives.
● Coordinate partner marketing, events, co-marketing activities, and targeted demand-generation programs.
● Run regular partner reviews, track performance and pipeline, resolve escalations, and improve partner productivity.
Basic Qualifications
● 10+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, partner management, or enterprise technology sales.
● Demonstrated success recruiting, enabling, and growing technology partners in the United States.
● A track record of creating pipeline and revenue through partners.
● Hands-on experience with customer-facing co-sell motions and joint calls with partner representatives.
● Strong presentation, discovery, negotiation, communication, and follow-through skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery.
● Willingness to travel for partner and customer engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with networking, cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, or enterprise infrastructure.
● Existing relationships with US resellers, systems integrators, managed service providers, or strategic technology partners.
● Experience taking a differentiated or emerging offering to market through partners.
● Familiarity with recurring-revenue or Network-as-a-Service business models.
