As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional spa treatments, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and service excellence, and contributing to the overall success of the Spa operation.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Deliver a variety of spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, and beauty therapies, according to Aman standards.
• Ensure every guest receives a personalized and memorable wellness experience.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and attentive approach when interacting with guests.
• Provide accurate information and recommendations on spa treatments and wellness products.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.

Spa Operations

• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after each treatment.
• Ensure all treatment areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
• Follow spa scheduling procedures and manage treatment timings efficiently.
• Support daily spa operations and assist colleagues when required.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of spa equipment and products.

Quality & Hygiene

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all spa areas.
• Ensure compliance with Aman standards and spa operating procedures.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor treatment supplies and report replenishment requirements.
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared and stocked at all times.

People & Teamwork

• Work collaboratively with the Spa team and other departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Support a positive and professional work environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
• Contribute to achieving departmental goals and service standards.

Product Knowledge & Sales

• Maintain strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products.
• Promote spa services and products through professional recommendations.
• Support the achievement of spa revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Stay updated on wellness trends and industry developments.
• Assist in promoting special spa programs and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment.
• Professional certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and guest care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
