Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist located in Tczew, Poland.
What a typical day looks like:
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing and verifying payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, deductions, and absences
- Preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documents
- Monitoring leave, sick leave, and employee absences
- Ensuring compliance with labor law, payroll regulations, and internal company policies
- Cooperating with external payroll providers, accounting teams, and public authorities when required
- Preparing HR and payroll reports and analyses
- Providing employees and managers with professional support on HR and payroll-related matters
- Staying up to date with changes in labor and payroll legislation
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or a similar position
- Good knowledge of payroll and employment regulations
- Practical knowledge of labor law and HR administration
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
