ROLE SUMMARY
Pfizer’s product ZAVZPRET is the first and only intranasal calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) indicated for the acute treatment of migraine attacks with or without aura. Following its launch in July 2023, ZAVZPRET has become the fastest growing acute non-oral product in the migraine space and continues to gain momentum. The ZAVZPRET Senior Marketing Manager will support a number of critical workstreams across HCP and Consumer in a fast-paced environment to continue to grow the uptake of the brand and maximize the ongoing launch efforts.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support execution of HCP promotional strategy and associated key assets (DSP, POA, RTEs, website, etc.)
- Own CRM strategy and execution across HCP and patient audiences
- Lead regular touchpoints with field force and ensure strong field force enablement (i.e., PROMPT)
- Develop and evolve ZAVZPRET media strategy across HCP and patient, identifying opportunities for efficient and effective execution
- Own consumer engagement strategy and brand asset development and execution (i.e., website, brochures, videos, etc.)
- Serve as point of contact and lead for managing ZAVZPRET brand budget
- Partner across franchise with key teams including Nurtec HCP, Nurtec Consumer, and Congress engagement team to ensure strong portfolio positioning
- Manage all critical action items and ensure deliverables are met by date and budget partnering with internal cross-functional colleagues and agency of record
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key Migraine cross functional partners including but not limited to Sales, Medical, HEOR, BAI, Legal, Finance, and Regulatory
- Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, with a strong adherence to our Values including compliance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or BS required (with 6+ years of work experience); advanced degree preferred
- Ability to move fast in response to what is happening in the external marketplace
- Experience running/supporting consumer and/or field force initiatives preferred (project management, proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, strong team culture and collaboration)
- Be an active contributor to create and operate in an environment that continuously encourages the implementation of innovative ideas and fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork across functional teams
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical and project management skills
- Creative and agile learner
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and influence team members

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
