Description
Now Hiring a Technical Designer to support our clients growing Juniors categories. This role will work across knit and woven tops, dresses, bottoms, and other trend-driven categories. This Juniors Technical Designer role offers hands-on ownership across multiple fashion categories and exposure to a high-volume national retail business. It’s a strong opportunity for a technically skilled designer who enjoys turning creative ideas into production-ready apparel.
IN OFFICE
RESPONSIBILITES
- Build complete, factory-ready tech packs from garments and design concepts.
- Establish garment measurements, specs, construction details, and BOMs.
- Create technical flats and sketches in Adobe Illustrator.
- Lead fit reviews and translate feedback into precise factory direction.
- Evaluate development and production samples for fit, construction, and quality.
- Communicate directly with factories throughout apparel development.
- Manage multiple styles, revisions, samples, and production deadlines.
- 3–5 years of Technical Design experience in Juniors, young contemporary, or women’s apparel.
- Proven ability to independently create detailed tech packs without existing patterns.
- Strong Adobe Illustrator, garment construction, fit, specification, and technical sketching skills.
