Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
- Explore new market segments and client engagement approaches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate and manage events, including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of business activities and projects.
- Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and digital content.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media content planning, campaign execution, and performance monitoring.
- Assist in video content development, including conceptualisation, basic filming, editing, and coordination of video production.
- Monitor market trends, digital engagement, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, digital marketing, or corporate relations. Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and events.
- Proactive, target-driven, creative, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation is preferred.
- Basic video production skills, including filming and video editing, will be an added advantage.
