按照公司质量管理体系、产品标准及作业指导书要求,对生产过程和产品质量进行日常检查、监控和记录,确保产品符合内部及客户质量要求。
负责制造过程质量巡检、首件检验、过程检验及成品抽样检验,及时发现并报告质量异常和制造过程偏差。
根据检验规范对原材料、半成品和成品进行检测,并准确记录检验结果,确保数据真实、完整、可追溯。
协助处理现场质量问题,对发现的不符合项进行跟踪,并配合质量工程师、生产部门和相关团队推进整改措施落实。
协助开展质量数据统计分析,编制质量报表和检验记录,支持质量改进活动。
参与客户审核、体系审核及产品质量相关活动,并配合完成质量文件和记录管理工作。
严格遵守公司安全、质量及合规要求,完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
Conduct routine inspections, monitoring, and record-keeping of manufacturing processes and product quality in accordance with the company's quality management system, product standards, and work instructions to ensure compliance with internal and customer quality requirements.
Perform quality patrol inspections, first-piece inspections, in-process inspections, and random sampling inspections of finished products. Identify and promptly report quality abnormalities and manufacturing process deviations.
Inspect and test raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods according to inspection specifications, and accurately record inspection results to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and traceability.
Assist in resolving on-site quality issues, track non-conformities, and work closely with Quality Engineers, Production, and other relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
Support quality data collection and analysis, prepare quality reports and inspection records, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in customer audits, quality system audits, and other product quality-related activities, and assist in maintaining quality documentation and records.
Strictly comply with company safety, quality, and compliance requirements, and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
