Description
Position Summary
Provide direct, individual patient care and education to the NYU College of Dentistry community in accordance with established standards and medical ethics; review and audit medical, mandatory training and credentialing files and records to ensure compliance with various agencies and regulations.
Qualifications
Required Education:New York State RN license and
Preferred Education:Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Required Experience:3 years' experience as a registered nurse.
Preferred Experience:5 years' experience as a registered nurse. Experience in an ambulatory environment. Experience with performing Venipuncture.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and advanced cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to interact with a diverse population at all levels.
Additional Information
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $84,870.00 to USD $103,730.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
