The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and strategic planning to support business growth and operational excellence. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and refine business strategies based on comprehensive analysis and insights. The position oversees multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while driving efficiency and compliance. By fostering collaboration and providing expert guidance, the Senior Manager enhances decision-making processes and promotes continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs and deliver measurable results.About the team:

What you'll do...
- Develop and implement enterprise business strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory, compliance, and legal teams
- Translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize data utilization
- Guide and mentor associates, fostering a high-performing team environment focused on accountability and development.
- Recommend and implement business strategies; reassess and adjust based on feedback and results
- Identify program and project opportunities; assess feasibility, financial performance, and ROI through data analysis
- Drive cross-functional execution of multiple business plans by setting priorities, removing barriers, and measuring progress
- Establish timelines, workflows, and process controls to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Consult with key stakeholders to evaluate plan effectiveness and apply improvements

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
