Roles and Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Maintenance and Monitoring.
• Capacity Planning and Resource Management.
• Continuous Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement.
• Security and Compliance Management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux/Unix-based server systems
• Relevant break-fix experience on server hardware down to the component level (Memory, Power Supply, Motherboard, updating BIOS, etc).
• Relevant experience in a Data Center environment with BAU skills. (Cabling, Racking, Stacking, and Decommissioning Hardware)
