Electronics & Systems Integration Director

Job Description:

Location: Multiple Locations (50-75% Travel)

YESCO is hiring an Electronics & Systems Integration Director to serve as our resident expert on Electronic Message Centers (EMCs), digital displays, and integration products.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical products and active sales. You’ll equip our sales, design, and estimating teams with the product knowledge, tools, and tactical insights needed to win complex digital signage projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Co-Selling: Partner with Account Executives and Sales Managers on high-profile client presentations. Present complex EMC solutions to end customers and position YESCO as the premier integration expert.

• Internal Enablement: Train sales, estimating, and design teams on product offerings, power specs, vendor differentiators, and cost models.

• Opportunity Identification: Proactively scan the market for emerging technologies and track target RFPs for the sales team.

• Vendor Management: Act as the primary technical contact for key electronics manufacturers. Evaluate new vendors, attend trade shows, and track product performance issues in the field.

• Training Delivery: Deliver hands-on branch visits and online training sessions to keep team members up to speed on changing technology and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in technical sales enablement, systems integration, signage, or construction management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Relevant display or AV manufacturer certifications are a plus.

• Technical Tools: Advanced skill with Excel (for spec tracking/data modeling) and PowerPoint (for sales training).

• Communication: Ability to break down technical specs for customers, account managers, and field teams alike.

• Travel: Ability to travel 2 to 3 times per month, including occasional international travel.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
