JOB DESCRIPTION
Data assistant. Support collection, entry and cleaning of data across study databases. This role involves performing data validation checks and maintaining well-organised datasets and data quality standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties to be performed by the candidate will include: supporting the collection, entry, and cleaning of clinical data; performing basic data validation and quality checks. The candidate will also collaborate with the team to maintain accurate and well-organized databases in accordance with established protocols and data protection standards, and will familiarize themselves with the background of endocrine diseases and the related projects of the endocrinology research group.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE
- Required level of education: Current enrolment in a Medicine degree, preferably in the final years of the program.
- English B2.
- Basic knowledge on spreadsheet tools and basic knowledge of biostatistics.
- Personal skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with good communication and a proactive attitude. High level of responsibility and commitment to data quality and confidentiality.
- Required experience: previous exposure to data entry, database management and clinical research environments.
- Specific requirements established by the call or grant: Enrolment in the university degree programme in Medicine.
- Basic knowledge of clinical research processes and data management principles. Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) or statistical software (especially STATA), and understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) will be positively valued.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Working hours: 15 hours per week, for at least 3 months of duration.
- Date of incorporation: 01 October 2026
- Gross annual remuneration inherent to the square objected to this call, will be fixed based on the experience provided and the skills of the candidate, distributed in 12 payments.
