Manager, IT Business Analyst V (Oracle ERP SCM) 

Position Summary 

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Functional Lead / IT Business Analyst to drive strategic Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives across our global organization. This role serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle ERP solutions. 

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12, strong Supply Chain functional knowledge, and the ability to lead complex projects across Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Costing. This is a high-visibility role with significant interaction with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners. 

What You'll Do 

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. 

• Serve as the functional SME for Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules, including:  

• Order Management (OM) 

• Inventory 

• Purchasing 

• Procurement 

• Cost Management 

• Shipping Execution 

• Bill of Materials (BOM) 

• Lead functional design sessions and create detailed requirements documentation, process flows, and solution specifications. 

• Translate business needs into functional requirements for development teams. 

• Drive projects and enhancements from requirements through implementation and post-production support. 

• Coordinate testing efforts, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 

• Collaborate with internal teams and external managed services partners to deliver high-quality solutions. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. 

• Stay current on Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion best practices and capabilities. 

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 

• 15+ years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP Functional Consulting, or related roles. 

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12. 

• Deep functional expertise in:  

• Order Management 

• Inventory 

• Purchasing 

• Procurement 

• Cost Management 

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes and workflows. 

• Working knowledge of the accounting impacts associated with Supply Chain transactions. 

• Experience gathering business requirements and leading cross-functional initiatives. 

• Strong process documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud experience. 

• Oracle EBS Techno-Functional background. 

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

• Experience working with offshore development or managed service teams. 

• Oracle certifications or related professional credentials.

Location & Work Environment 

• Preferred location: Miami, FL 

• Hybrid schedule for local employees (3 days in office / 2 days remote) 

• Remote U.S. candidates will be considered 

• Limited travel may be required (approximately 10-15%)
