Position: Senior Product Manager

 

Job Location: 221 River Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030

 

Duties: This position is an individual contributor role and does not supervise employees. Analyzing product and feature data to identify trends and inform decision-making with guidance from senior product lead. Gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives. Prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and administering roll out of product features. Administering strategy and business objectives for products as defined by the senior lead by conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments. Supporting plans and initiatives with guidance from the senior lead to meet customer and business needs. Identifying and communicating goals and objectives as well as communicating status and insights related to product performance to stakeholders. Collaborating with engineering and data analysts to assess technology feasibility, risks, and prioritize features.

 

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 3 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management.

 

Skills required: Experience with cross-functional leadership and Stakeholder Management, including influencing and building stakeholder consensus. Experience with Data Driven Product Decision Making. Experience with Product Roadmap, Vision, and Strategy creation. Experience with Product Development and Software Development Lifecycles. Experience driving customer and client needs. Experience with software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience using data analytics and insights tools, including SQL, Tableau, PowerBI. Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum methodologies. Experience with Data Asset Management, including designing, building, and managing data as a product. Experience with Data Governance and Quality, including how to ensure integrity, reliability, and compliance. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

 

Salary Range: $126,755/year to $216,000/year.  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
