Job Description:

Supervisor – Obras de Ingeniería

• Objetivo del cargo
  Supervisar y coordinar la ejecución de los trabajos en terreno, asegurando el cumplimiento de los programas de producción, estándares de calidad, seguridad, productividad y plazos del proyecto. Será responsable de liderar equipos de trabajo, optimizar recursos y coordinar actividades con subcontratistas y áreas de apoyo para garantizar una ejecución eficiente de la obra.

Principales funciones

• Supervisar la ejecución de actividades constructivas en terreno.
• Coordinar cuadrillas, equipos, materiales y subcontratos.
• Controlar avances físicos de la obra y cumplimiento de la planificación.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.

Requisitos

• Técnico en Construcción, Constructor Civil, Ingeniero Constructor o carrera afín.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años supervisando obras civiles o proyectos de ingeniería de mediana o gran envergadura.
• Manejo de MS Office y herramientas de planificación de proyectos.
• Conocimientos en control de producción, lectura de planos, control de calidad y gestión de seguridad en obra.
