Business Development Manager – Paint & Coating Automation
I’m partnering with a growing automation company looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help build and grow its presence in the industrial paint and finishing market. This is a greenfield opportunity for someone who knows the finishing industry and enjoys developing business from the ground up.

$130K-$150K Base + Variable ($210K+ OTE)

10+ years of paint/coating industry experience preferred

Experience with automation, robotics, or capital equipment

Knowledge of liquid and/or powder coating systems

Understanding of paint booths, spray equipment, ovens, and finishing systems
