You're a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in keeping buildings and equipment running safely and reliably. You're comfortable troubleshooting a mix of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, and you don't hesitate to pick up a tool and solve a problem on the spot. You bring a strong service mindset to every interaction — whether you're coordinating with a contractor, responding to a work order, or helping a coworker in a pinch. You're dependable under pressure, ready to respond to an emergency call, and just as comfortable working solo as you are leading a small crew.
At Team Gilbert, we hire innovative, forward-thinking problem-solvers who love what they do! In addition to possessing the ability to live out our core and functional values daily, candidates must possess the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- One to three years of experience and/or training in building maintenance, equipment operation, and manual labor (or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the necessary knowledge and abilities)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License; may require possession of an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal License
